...holy crap...its here and gone already....another holiday season! Here are some reasons I was thankful this Christmas..
Santa must have thought we were pretty good and brought some kick butt goodies!
My husband must have thought I was REALLY good because he bought me a weekend vacation lol...
My son was so excited waking us up at 3:15 am after hearing "a thud on the roof and jingle bells on the reindeer"
It was my cute cute cute little neice Kiishatay's first Christmas.
I get a few days off work lol
and the best reason of all...my dad looked so healthy and happy during the holidays.
For me Christmas isnt always about good memories. More Christmas' than not, my dad has been very ill...either in the hospital or on his way (last year he made it to dinner then left to go to the emergency room) - he has had heart attacks during the holidays...cripes you name it - so sometimes the holidays are a bit of anxiety wondering if my dad is going to be okay!! Ah the guy is tough as nails these days lol...it was great to see him enjoy the day.
Well another four more days left in the year...hope everyone had great holidays xoxoxo
