yanno how most holidays people gain weight? well i didnt have the pleasure or enjoyment of eating through the holidays because of the flu...it wasn't a intense case but enough so i had no appetite and i could sleep for days if the kids would let me!! anyway i think i have lost like 5 lbs this holiday season despite all the goodies around me! i thought that having good ol McDonalds yesterday would stay down but it didnt...
today i feel much better but still a bit on the achy bone side...unfortunately now mariah is at home sick. trent is with me at work today - i am only here until noon so hes having fun playing on the net....
oh and yes the title today "screw the flu shot" - i need to point out that i got a flu shot this year, first one in ohhhh 8 or 9 years....and its been 8 or 9 years since I had the flu!!! ironic????
