...with each season of cold uninviting winter months, I find myself always wanting to travel. I love travelling. Seeing new places, new sites, new adventures..I love it. I really do. In March I will be heading to Toronto for four days and although it is only Toronto and I have been there a few times, the notion of just getting away from here is rejuvenating and salubrious.
Over the past few years since I have had kids, here is a list of the places I have vacationed to...
~ Toronto (of course lol only once with the kids)
~ Santas Village in Bracebridge Ontario (with the kids of course)
~ Ottawa (twice, so beautiful there, love it both times took the kids)
~ Montreal (with the kiddos, fond memories of our horse & buggy driver swearing at the traffic!)
~ Winnipeg (numerous times with and without the kids, last time to take the kids to see the Black Eyed Peas in concert)
~ Wisconsin Dells (definately an awesome family vacation spot...Noahs Ark is the ultimate water park ever!!)
~ Minneapolis (a gazillion times here...with and without the kids...Mall of America rocks but stay away from ballgames...yawn!)
~ South Dakota ( family vacation...most beautiful Badlands scenery ever...loved Mount Rushmore, loved Crazy Horse even more)
~ Las Vegas (twice no kids each time, cha ching...I love Vegas lol)
~ Grand Canyon (no kids, need a much longer visit if I ever have the chance to go again and would lvoe to bring the kids)
~ Florida (family vacation... two and a half weeks of the best vacation of my life...the sun, the beach, the sand, and of course Mickey and his friends at Disneyworld!!)
~ California (honeymoon, no kids...beautiful and so much to do, definately have to go back someday to explore more!)
~ Washi Lake (family summer vacation...okay I had to add this in, fly in fishing resort in Northern Ontario, no road access, just the peaceful serene surroundings of nature)
So...where am I going this year? I'll check my bank account and get back to you later...!!

Hey chickie! Michelle is NOT the only one that reads your blog ... it's the only way I can know what you are up to!! It's fun reading your list of places and knowing that I was at quite a few of those moments. Rock on!
