accident prone & random babblings..

calgon take me away...!! kids...yes KIDS its not just ONE kid its TWO of them seeking medical attention the past week

lol mariah has a broken wrist ....you hear all the stories about trampolines...well they're true she took a tumble off one and landed on her wrist...sigh! she is okay though just uncomfortable

The following day, my son woke up and his earring -- the earring he wanted and just got less than two months ago -- his earring somehow in the night pushed itself half way in his lobe...the ball of the earring was sitting in the middle of his lobe...i couldnt push it out the front or back sooooooooooooo off to the walk in clinic we go....they say there is nothing they can do sooooooooooo off to the hospital we go and of course because we are not an emergency case we spent HOURS on end there...

finally they froze his ear with a needle, made an incision at the back of his ear and pulled out the earring...stitched him up.... omgosh lol...the doctor said "Well you better let this heal over before getting it pierced again." Trent all wide eyed looks at the doctor and goes "oh no, I dont plan on getting it done until at least I am a teenager!" lol it was too cute...

my sister is taking my kids camping this weekend so i hope that means some golfing for me! i have been steadily getting better at golfing and I truly do like the game...i guess i am a bit nerdy that way lol

and as for scrappin....guilty as charged summer means a bit less time spent on my hobby but I still get to doing it when I can....for your visual pleasure...one of my latest ones...its simple but it cracks me up...trent is hilarious with his shirts and their sayings lol...one other shirt he has says "ways to make money" and its like a cartoon strip...the third ne says "have a yard sale" and there is a sign that says "sister for sale" lolol...oh and he does have another shirt that says "will trade sister for video games" ROTFL...

and without futher adue, i am also doing my blog challenge from Treasures to Scrap - which is to post ten random facts about myself....

1. I love the color pink...I own a pink briefcase (yep I do lol), I have a ton of pink clothing, I use pink golf balls and I even once had my hair dyed pink...but I never used to even like the color pink until I started planning my wedding and everything since then has had to be PINK! lol

2. I work as a Job Developer. My job is to find people jobs...while I totally love my job, it is not the easiest job but soooo rewarding. See, I dont find jobs for just anyone...I find jobs for youth who are at risk and have barriers securing their own employment.

3. At work I am the most organized person in the office...at home I am the messiest person I know!! I have no idea why this is...lol

4. I am about 20 lbs overweight and while it bothers me, I still think I'm beautiful. Being in my 30s has installed a lot of confidence in me and I am so very happy with who I have turned out to be. Of course, I am still doing what I can to lose that 20lbs...and I don't know if it will ever come off but I still have to try!

5. I am allergic to EVERYTHING....well almost. When I had allergy tests done the welts swelled up so much the doctors couldnt tell which welt was from what allergy lol...

6. I love reality tv...a hopeless addict one might say! I will even admit to have watched "Flavor of Love" -- rotflmbo...!

7. I have hundreds of acquaintances but few people I call real friends. I tend to be a homebody who spends a lot of time with my family and in my scrapbook room and I am content with this. The friends I do have are the best friends anyone could ask for.

8. I LOVE LOVE LOVE golf...I would never have guessed someone as impatient as myself would ever take up such a sport but I have and its awesome. I have even golfed on a pga golf course in California.

9. I do not eat healthy....I have a long list of allergies and stomach irritants and sometimes the only foods that stay in me are the ones that arent good for you! And I wonder why I cant lose 20 lbs...? hmmmm....lolol

10. I am so happy I found the internet and online scrapbook communities. Seriously, I have met some of the best gals ever on these boards and have had the pleasure of meeting some in real life too....all because we share a common hobby...who would have though 10 years ago! lol

okay enough random babbling....i gotta do the dishes...since my daughter broke her wrist I guess I am on dish duty for a while lol
